Hydrogenated nitrile rubber
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) is a special rubber material obtained by selective hydrogenation of unsaturated carbon carbon double bonds on the molecular chain of nitrile rubber. It has high mechanical strength, excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, ozone resistance, pressure resistance, and wear resistance. It is one of the rubber materials with excellent comprehensive performance and is widely used in fields such as automobiles, oil fields, lithium batteries, aerospace, and military industry.
Application field
1. Automotive industry: HNBR is commonly used to manufacture components for automotive seals, transmission systems, fuel systems, and suspension systems. Due to its excellent oil and heat resistance, it can operate stably for a long time in the engine compartment and fuel system.
2. Industrial equipment: HNBR is widely used in seals and oil resistant components of industrial equipment, such as hydraulic systems, airtight seals, gas delivery systems, etc.
3. Oil and gas industry: HNBR is commonly used in seals and pipeline systems in the oil and gas industry due to its oil and high temperature resistance.
4. Medical industry: HNBR can also be used for sealing and wear-resistant parts of medical equipment, such as surgical instruments, drug delivery, and medical devices.

1. This project has broken the technical bottleneck of traditional organic solution hydrogenation process for preparing HNBR for 40 years, and has broken through the key core technology of producing high-performance HNBR by lotion hydrogenation method;
2. A full set of technologies for preparing HNBR by hydrogenation of nitrile rubber lotion have been developed. Its significant advantages are low catalyst consumption, no organic solvent used in the whole process, efficient process, green and environmental protection, various product forms (solid rubber and functional latex), and high added value;
3. The HNBR product prepared by this process has excellent performance and can meet the requirements of harsh conditions.
